Objective of the Call
The Creative Innovation Lab 2026 call supports innovative digital solutions and tools that connect the audiovisual sector (mandatory) with music, books, or museums.
Goal: to foster collaboration between cultural and creative industries across Europe to:

Accelerate the green transition (European Green Deal and New European Bauhaus)

Enhance competitiveness and digital transformation

Utilize new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, Big Data, and virtual worlds (metaverse)
Priorities and Expected Outcomes

Development of innovative digital tools for distribution, monetization, and analysis of cultural content

Creation of AI and blockchain solutions for transparent copyright management

Support for virtual worlds and metaverse for cultural promotion and engagement of new audiences

Integration of green practices in the cultural and creative industries
Who Can Apply

Public and private organizations, including technology companies, start-ups, cultural institutions, and audiovisual organizations

Incubators and accelerators are particularly encouraged

A cross-sectoral approach is required, with clear benefits for all involved partners and sectors
Funding

Grants for innovative digital and green solutions in the cultural and audiovisual industries

Possibility for financial support to third parties (subgrants) within selected projects
